Bottom line it is all about pleasing you and your loved ones. Our philosophy is to make sure that our customers eat the freshest products during Spring, Summer, Fall and Autumn. During these seasons expect nothing but fresh ingredients. We buy from local farmers in the Midwest, when and where it is available and from Andies Garden. That is why we have created a special weekly seasonal menu that changes daily or weekly according to what is the freshest in the market. Every year in March, Andie and Doreen, the proprietors of Andies Restaurant, with the help of a few employees get our hands dirty by planting vegetables such as Tomatoes, Eggplant, Green Beans, Jalapeno peppers, Cauliflower and Asparagus. We also grow herbs such as Basil, Thyme, Mint, Dill, Cilantro, Tarragon and Mint. We cook light and healthy-Mediterranean style. We cook with fruits, fresh herbs and extra virgin oil. For over thirty years we have been supported by our neighbors. In the Summer they come to have great food and enjoy our outdoor cafe, and in the Winter to enjoy our Winter specials and to feel cozy by the Fireplace. Andies started introducing a vegetarian menu Thirty Five years ago and today we have a special vegetarian menu that our vegetarian customers have been enjoying which includes Moroccan Eggplant, Curried fresh Vegetable over Couscous, Giant Spinach & Feta Pie and our most popular dish The Combination Platter.
